House rules
We’re glad you chose us and want you to feel at home. A few small things so everything runs smoothly:
- 01No music or noise in the open areas (including the pool).
- 02Quiet hours: 23:00–07:00.
- 03Guests booking must be 30 or older.
- 04Smoking only on balconies and in open areas — never indoors.
- 05No pets.
- 06No outside visitors, not even briefly.
- 07In the pool, children under 14 must be supervised by a parent at all times.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
Is there a minimum stay?
One night.
How do I book?
Choose a stay and dates, tap "Continue on WhatsApp", and we’ll reply with availability, price and a booking confirmation. Our stays are also on Airbnb and Booking.com.
How many guests does the whole villa take?
Up to 24 guests sleep over, and up to 30 in total when not everyone stays the night.
Is there parking?
Whole-villa bookings get 2 parking spaces outside the gates. For single stays, parking is subject to availability.
Is the pool heated?
Yes. Children under 14 must be with a parent in the pool.
Can we hold an event?
Quiet gatherings and shoots — yes, by arrangement. Loud parties — no.
Can we order food?
Chef meals and catering are available only to guests renting the whole villa, arranged in advance for an extra charge.
Are pets allowed?
No, the villa isn’t suitable for pets.
